                  Victor John ''VeeJay'' Du Lao is a Filipino Citizen born in January 23, 1983 on the Republic of the Philippines. He is a Civilian, Layman and a Commoner. Just an ordinary and random person from a normal family. He was born at Our lady of Lourdes Hospital in Manila at 12:01 on a Sunday. He lived in Paranaque City from his childhood to adulthood. His Father is Roso Gaudencio Lao Jr. and his Mother is Elena D. Lao, both are pure Filipinos but with Chinese last names. He has two brothers Archie and Allan. He has an ethnicity mixed with theoretically Chinese, pure Filipino and Spanish on his Father's side from his Parent's Ancestry. He Went to Saint Francis Academy in 1989 for Kindergarten at age 6, a year late for school and continued studying until age 11 at 4th Grade there. He eventually continued his studies on Betty's Vermillion Academy from age 12 at 5th grade and 6th grade at 13. There he usually got a best in computer and a best in conduct award. He then transferred at Escuela De San Lorenzo Ruiz for High School at age 14 as a freshman, a sophomore at 15, a junior at 16 and a senior at 17.

He only attended Junior Highschool and did not reach the years of K-12 Education when there is two more years of Senior High School. He Graduated from Junior High School and for College immediately attended AMA Computer College at 18, but only studied there for one semester due to financial problems and difficulty on his chosen Engineering course. in 2002 he helped his mom with her jewelry business to help in making jewelry and also became the maker of catholic rosaries. His focused went back on his desire for soul searching from 2002 and 2004 attending Spiritual Recollections, a Lay Congress and searching-in on seminaries for vocational discernment. He went back to College in 2005 as a Freshman once again and for four years had finished and achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and received a medal for Academic Distinction and lead the prayer during his Graduation in April 2, 2009.

 

He was not successful in getting a practical employed Job for years due to some reasons like not being practical and aiming too high for certain positions and being mismatched, but he started off as a writer by being an author and freelance writer working from home. He has been improving his skills and doing a lot of self-study for some time during those vacant stay at home for years. He also have been studying subjects of interest in Mysteries, The Supernatural, Paranormal, The Unexplained, Science, Technology, Geeky Cultures and anything that catches his interest on the Internet. In 2010 he has been inspired by the Author J.K. Rowling through a video in Youtube called ''A Year in the life: J.K. Rowling'' to become an Author and write his own Book. A decision he made on his own with the proper motivation. Self-publishing always made him give up the idea for writing a book since High School because the cost of it. He was already writing new stories in paper planning a book series out of his short story in Filipino language but got discouraged. He really got motivated after watching the Harry Potter Author. But he faced lots of rejections and discouragements from literary agents and editors, so he became an Independent Author by Self-Publishing his E-Books Online. He also tried Visual Arts in crafting, drawing and painting and does it only as a hobby in the following years.

In 2015 He had been soul searching and tried to find out his true calling and vocation in life, hoping to finally make a significant contribution to society and the work force. But he went back in College to pursue a Degree In Education with a Certificate in Teaching in 2016 as per his Mom's advice since he was able to teach during his college practicum. He had experience in Teaching to Preschool students where he was an Assistant Teacher. He became a Licensed Professional Teacher in 2019 passing the board exam of the Professional Regulation Commision. He continues on to try to have a career in Education and Psychology and is trying his best to update his education whenever he has the chance. He is an Author of Self-Published books, he writes in fiction of any genre and in non-fiction that is both informative, instructional, inspirational and helpful. On his Personal Brand he is a Digital Creator, Creative Influencer, Writer, Visual Artist and primarily a Gamer. All of which acts as his passionate hobbies also but looking forward to make it a consistent career in the future.

In 2019 he started applying for a Job at Schools but was not accepted for some unknown reason. When 2020 started the global Covid-19 Pandemic hit the country and he has to stay at home more than ever which was not unusual for him. It is also the time he developed more love for Painting and in 2021 began creating Music that he shared on the Spotify streaming service for people to listen to. He has a Podcast too entitled ''The VeeJay Lao Podcast'' where he discussed things about his hobbies.
